Yes. COAs are available directly on each product page under the LAB / COA tab. You can view and zoom in on the COA document to verify test results. A full COA library is also available via the navigation menu. We believe in full transparency - every batch we sell has documentation to back it.

All testing is conducted by independent, accredited third-party laboratories with no affiliation to Maxxer Biotech Research. This ensures our COA results are objective and unbiased. Testing methods include HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for purity analysis and mass spectrometry for identity verification.

We offer free 2-day domestic shipping on all orders $250 and above. Orders under $250 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping is available to all 50 US states.

Currently, Maxxer Biotech Research ships within the United States only. We are actively exploring international shipping options. If you are an international researcher, please contact us at support@maxxerbiotechlabs.com and we will notify you when international shipping becomes available.

All lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are shipped in sealed, labeled vials with tamper-evident packaging. Orders are packaged discreetly in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate insulation to maintain integrity during transit.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime via our Order Tracking page. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please contact our support team.

Most of our peptides are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, which provides maximum stability and shelf life. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for shipping and are typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use in a research setting.

Free bacteriostatic water is included with all orders of $200 or more. BAC water is available as a standalone purchase for smaller orders. Proper reconstitution is critical for research accuracy - we recommend using only pharmaceutical-grade bacteriostatic water when working with lyophilized peptides.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct light. For long-term storage, we recommend keeping them at -20°C (freezer). Once reconstituted, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerated) and used within the timeframe recommended for each specific compound. Always refer to the product specifications tab for storage guidance.

No. There are no minimum order quantities. You can purchase as few as one vial per product. We do offer volume pricing - multi-vial orders receive automatic discounts of 5%, 10%, or 15% depending on quantity, applied automatically at checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cryptocurrency payments are also accepted. All transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure, compliant payment gateway. We do not store card information on our servers.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for fulfillment. Please contact us immediately at support@maxxerbiotechlabs.com with your order number. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return under our refund policy.

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are generally considered final once an order is fulfilled and shipped. Refunds or replacements are considered in cases of product defects, incorrect items shipped, or confirmed delivery failures.
